Refund policy: Full refunds will be offered if the workshop is cancelled by the organisers. Refunds of $70 ($55 concession) will be possible up until 48 hours before the workshop, or within the last 48 hours if attendance is impossible due to a serious emergency. ($5 withheld to cover administration costs.) Any non-emergency cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop will result in a refund of 50%, unless the participant can find a replacement. 

Age: Workshop suitable for 13 years of age and above, though we ask parents to please consider whether any child attending is mature enough and genuinely interested enough, and is attending by choice.

Refreshments: provided for morning and afternoon tea breaks, with participants responsible for their own lunch arrangements (BYO or takeaway shops nearby).

Music night: The optional evening event will be facilitated by samjjana and commences at 6.30pm. It offers an opportunity for you to enjoy an organic, spontaneous musical evening, putting into practice what you have learned during the day. You are welcome to bring any musical instruments. Light refreshments will be provided.

The evening event will also be open to others to attend, so you may wish to tell friends. Workshop participants no charge; non-workshop participants $10 ($7 concession).

All profits from the evening event will go to the Playing for Change Foundation for their 'global peace and unity through music' initiatives.
